2. About Our Services

Marvel Creation provides signage, outdoor branding, retail and in-shop branding, vehicle branding, printing, fabrication and related branding solutions. The exact scope of each project depends on the written quotation, approved specifications, artwork, materials, site conditions and other project requirements.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Website enquiries and preliminary discussions do not constitute a confirmed order. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of preparation and may change if project scope, dimensions, materials, specifications, site conditions or quantities change.

A project becomes confirmed only after the applicable commercial terms, scope and payment requirements have been accepted by the client and Marvel Creation has confirmed the order.

4. Design, Artwork and Approvals

Where design or artwork is part of a project, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork, spelling, dimensions, colours, logos, contact details and other supplied information before production.

Production may proceed based on the approved artwork or specifications. Changes requested after approval may result in additional cost, material usage or schedule changes.

5. Materials and Colour Variation

Materials, finishes and colours may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, lighting conditions, screens, printing processes and material availability. Where an exact material or finish is required, it should be specifically identified and agreed as part of the project scope.

6. Fabrication, Installation and Site Conditions

Installation timelines and methods may depend on site access, permissions, electrical requirements, structural conditions, working hours, weather and other factors outside our reasonable control. The client is responsible for providing accurate site information and securing permissions where required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Pricing and Payment

Project pricing, taxes, deposits, milestone payments, balances and other commercial terms will be stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, production or installation may be scheduled after the required payment or approval conditions have been completed.

8. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on the information and approvals available at the time. Delays in approvals, content, payments, site readiness, material availability, permissions, weather or other circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

9. Client-Supplied Content

The client confirms that logos, photographs, artwork, text, trademarks and other materials supplied to Marvel Creation may be used for the agreed project. The client is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Marvel Creation retains rights in its original design concepts, layouts, photographs, graphics, processes and other creative materials. Final client-specific deliverables and usage rights are subject to the terms agreed for the relevant project.

Marvel Creation may display completed work in its portfolio, website or marketing materials unless the client has agreed a written confidentiality restriction with us.

11. Website Content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every website statement, image, availability detail or service description will always be complete or error-free.

12. Prohibited Use
